Position Summary:
The Events and Community Outreach Coordinator will support the Travis Mills Foundation by
managing our fundraising and community events, as well as working as a representative of the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
● Handle all aspects of events, including planning, recruitment of volunteers and participants, and
“day of” event management – as well as coordination with Marketing and Communications
Manager for messaging
● Manage event budget and revenue via Customer Relationship Management system
● Track and coordinate all event logistics, documents, and update database
● Work hands-on completing event production needs
● Assist with set up and break down of events
● Manage sponsorship opportunities for each event
● Distribute marketing materials and relevant information in the community
● Coordinate all customer service-related inquiries related to the event (email, phone, etc)
● Communicate with vendors/sponsors/donors/attendees as needed
● Manage registration and volunteer management during events
● Coordinate with third party fundraisers, providing information on logos, branding and necessary
materials
● Supervise part-time Third-Party Coordinator
● Responsible for managing; ordering; inventorying and all aspects of merchandise including the merchandise trailer
● Plan and manage up to 2 Retreat Open Houses during the year
● Be a steward of the organization to the public – attending community events, including Chamber
events, and various events
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

● Experience with Salesforce or other CRM
